ResultsThe ButK project's aim is to produce public documents that can be consulted by all publics, including municipalities that want to make the switch to efficient street and office lighting systems through a tendering process. Deliverable 10 Information on tender procedure. This document provides information on tasks, responsibilities and criteria for tender and awarding of Contracting services for public lighting Fact sheet concerning various efficient lighting alternatives for municipalities Partners did go to tenders without pre-qualification, in accordance with their national legislation.
Deliverable 11 Call for tenders for the modernisation of the public lighting system in the partner municipalities
Deliverable 12 Three partner municipalities, Raciechowice (Poland), Slovenska Bistrica (Slovenia) and Voru (Estonia) have signed contracts with the successful bidders of their public tender for the modernisation of their street/road lighting systems. Deliverable 13 The expected reduction of CO2 in the 3 cities which provided specific data for the renovation of the street lighting system spreads from 43,3 % for Slovenska Bistrica up to 51,6 % for Voru, as estimated by the independant environmental consultancy EPTA. Standard documents for controlling the emission reductions have been developped. The EPTA report, the developed matrixes for data collection and the calculations of the C02 reduction are dowloadable hereinafter.
